Returns & Refunds Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The restocking fee does not apply to returns resulting from our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective/damaged products).
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

RED OpTec LLC is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Products must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Refund Process

Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
Used Items
Sales of used items are final unless otherwise approved by RED OpTec LLC on a case-by-case basis. RED OpTec LLC reserves the right to make the final determination.
Additional Information
This policy applies only to purchases made directly from RED OpTec LLC. Purchases from third-party retailers are subject to their policies.
